Postage

Delivery is either via Royal Mail or courier service depending on items ordered. We send small gift items by first class Royal Mail, priced according to weight. If you require Special Delivery, please contact us. We use a courier company for party orders (i.e more than five items) at a cost of £10. You will be expected to sign for the parcel unless you give alternative instructions at the time of ordering. They offer a next day delivery service but if possible, allow plenty of time for placing your order as occasionally mishaps do occur! Some areas of the UK also incur additional charges. If this is the case we will contact you to notify you of the extra charge before the item is dispatched to you.

Areas which may incur an additional delivery charge:

  • UK islands, e.g. Isle of Wight, Jersey, Isle of Jura, etc.
  • Parts of Scotland
  • Parts of the Scottish Highlands.
  • Northern Ireland.

Please contact us for delivery charges if you are ordering from outside the UK.

We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail or if you choose to to have your parcel re-directed to a different address.

Parcel contents should be checked on receipt. If there are items missing or faulty products, please call us on 01492 544666 within 48 hours of receiving your goods.

Returns

At Be My Bear we try very hard to keep our customers satisfied and have a full returns policy. If for any reason you have over-ordered and wish to return any items, we will be more than happy to give you a full refund as long as the items are unopened and in a re-saleable condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been personalised.
  • The packaging or any of the individual components are missing, opened or damaged.
We advise you to send any unwanted items by recorded delivery.

If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it. Please obtain a proof of postage costs so we can reimburse you the full amount.
